Vikings' punter Chris Kluwe gives his take on the CBA in video form

If you remember from last season Vikings punter Chris Kluwe did a series of whiteboard drawings highlighting his distane for NFL rule changes and fines, which also making a mockery of the league's safety video. If you've followed Kluwe at all on Twitter you'll know this is all par for the course for a player who is as much self admitted nerd as NFL star; he routinely talks about video games, tabletop games and fantasy novels but has an almost infectious dry wit to him.

Therefore, when Kluwe proudly announced yesterday:

Good news everyone! A new whiteboard will be presented tomorrow! Stay tuned... #thisonemightgetmefired

I knew it was probably going to be very good, and step on a lot of toes- he didn't let us down. I'm sure you've seen the dozens of parodies of the WWII movie 'Downfall', it's almost become the go-to when looking to make a sports parody, but never has it been done so well. Kluwe blasts the NFL, the NFLPA and all the major players in the game. You can find the video...

In light of recent events...

I must commend the Eli/Peyton/Football Cops and James Harrison references. =)

Then again, any dig at Jerry Jones and his monstrosity of a stadium and its huge**** TV screen is also welcome.

But then there’s also talk of nut droppage…

All-in-all, it’s an excellent and epic video. =)
