The Carolina Panthers have added CB Brandon Hogan from the PUP list and DE Thomas Keiser from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. The Panthers have also signed DT Jason Shirley and LB Phillip Dillard to the practice squad and released Lawrence Wilson from the practice squad. Thomas Williams has been placed on IR with a neck injury.
