Lets face it, once a player is on IR he is useless to the team for anything other than moral support. Most players that go on IR can't do anything to help themselves other than their physical therapy. There are some though that are there because they needed to bring up someone to replace them for a couple of weeks. Those players heal within a few weeks, and still can't practice or play with the team for the rest of the year. I believe the Panthers organization should learn from Cam Newton. They should offer each player on IR a free trip to IGM, where Newton took it upon himself to practice and learn the play book. The IR players that are healthy could go there, practice the Panthers play book, and be far more prepared next year for the Panthers team. That is my thoughts, do you agree, disagree, or not care?
