Here's my take
I think there’s a whole lot of nervous/aggressive energy the team carried from the bye week.
They were all immensely amped to return and they’re lacking discipline right now. They need to settle, play smarter and I think they’ll shake some of that out and look way better in the second half.
The concern is that by the time the second half comes it will be too late

One fucked up play here or there is killing us, for 50 minutes the Panthers play well, and abysmally for a collective 10 that makes all the difference
Punt return for a touchdown, Fumble by Olsen turned into 7 for the Titans, and our defense couldn't tackle at the begining.
