Panthers Fantasy Sleeper of the Week
I haven't done very well picking my sleepers so far. Last week I picked DeAngelo Williams and instead Jonathan Stewart had the better game. Before Legs Naanee was out played by Jeremy Shockey. So I'm a little perplexed this week given the Vikings defense struggles with just about everything. It should be a good a day for most of the Panthers offensive players including usually high scorers QB Cam Newton and WR Steve Smith.
Beyond those two the Panthers spread the ball around so much it's hard to guess who will have the best day much less a day worth putting in your fantasy line up. But I think I have a good candidate. He hasn't score in a couple weeks but I think he gets back in the end zone this week.
Panthers Fantasy Sleeper of the Week is: TE Greg Olsen. I'm predicting 6 catches for 90 yards a TD as no Vikings LB can hang with the stud TE.
So there you go, TE Greg Olsen is the Panthers Fantasy Sleeper of the Week.

I Love it
First of all, apologies for my rant after the Atlanta game two weeks back. I guess I am a bit over passionate about my Panthers. I have supported them this 95, and will do so till I die.
That being said…I just love all the media SuperCam is getting: http://www.nfl.com/videos/minnesota-vikings/09000d5d8238f004/Playbook-Vikings-vs-Panthers I have a buddy at work who is a die hard Denver fan, and we have been going round and round about the two QBs. What a fantastic year…I just hope it translates into a few more wins! We are going to be one scary team next year.

Is he actually trying to argue with you that Tebow is better than Newton?

Newton for '11 ROY!
Walker for '11 ROY! I mean, assuming the lockout will end anytime soon...
Biyombo fo...ah who am I kidding? GO PANTHERS!
We are getting more and more scary each week.
Hogan is going to be starting cb soon. I watched that D-lo live stream that EFURY posted in a fanshot, and he was saying how he is amazed at things Hogan is doing in his workouts.
"Nobody wants to cheer for a loser". Cam Newton 2011
Yup, he even went as far as stating that Hogan has the potential to be one of the better corners in the league.
Man, I’m excited to see this kid play. I’m also looking forward to what we are going to look like next year. Cam with some NFL experience under his belt, David Gettis coming back(Williams is also high on him and like his speed), Jon Beason and Potentially Thomas Davis Back, Ron Edwards will be back, plus new draft picks and free agent pick ups. Oh man, I can’t wait for this team to reach it’s potential.
"Hope for the best plan for the worst"
"They laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same"
I'm playing the top team in my league
I have Smitty on my team and all my other players have favorable matchups so hope I win this week
CAM....CAAAAAAAAM
Soooo....
According to your disclaimer I should start Shockey?
Go ugly early beat the rush.

I would be ok with Olsen having a great game, but I prefer Shockey does for my fantasy team.
"Nobody wants to cheer for a loser". Cam Newton 2011
starting to think it may be J Stew.
may be over analyzing, but he’s the better blocker of the rbs (see: Vilma, Jonathan aka sack o flour). could provide both shotgun protection with a delayed escape route for Newton. wouldn’t be surprised to see a 60 yard rush game with 80 receiving. hell, throw in a td as well, as his stiffarm lays waste to the vikes secondary.
if this prediction holds true, i expect full compliments regarding my awesomeness as a fantasy guru. if not, eh, it’s fantasy. who really knows what will happen. :P
Outside of Cam and Smitty
I’m not starting any Panther, much less having them on my roster. The others are just too inconsistent, fantasy wise.
THIS IS (not) THE YEAR!

olsen
cbssports said olsen has been off a bit the past 2 weeks because of turf toe. do we know if olsen is now 100%?
SIMPLE AND PLAIN
as of yesterday..
he wasn’t listed on injury reports. figure if he doesn’t perform tomorrow it because smitty has an easy 200 yards. :)
