The Panthers added another coach to the staff, former offensive linemen Ray Brown.
He was a member of the Redskins' Super Bowl XXVI championship team and earned Pro Bowl and first-team All-Pro honors for the 49ers in 2001. When he started at right guard for the Redskins against the Seattle Seahawks in the 2005 NFC Divisional Playoff at the age of 43 years and 336 days, he became the oldest player to ever start an NFL postseason game.
He's only five years removed from playing but has four years NFL coaching experience. He's got his work cut out for him with youngsters like Duke Robinson, MacKenzie Bernadeau and Garry Williams.
Seems like we still have two more key hires: WR coach and DL coach. Oh course RB coach too but that one hangs in limbo.
So what do you think of this latest hire?
