Hello CSR Nation!!! This is my first posting of this type so please don't flame me for my lack of literary prowess...to the jump.
After reading ProFootballWeekly.coms piece on NFC Draft needs, I was curious what others on the CSR would think about the Carolina Panthers trading down to San Francisco and allowing them to jump Arizona. Both teams need a QB and if the 49ers want to ensure they get their QB this might open the door for us to still draft our next DT/WR/DE and pick up a possible 2nd round pick (Nick Fairley is still my pick). I'm sure the combine will elevate some of the QB talent higher into the first round. With 4 of the 5 teams picking 1-5 in the draft needing a QB this might open the door (even if it's only a crack) to a possible trade of the first pick.
