Panthers vs. Steelers: Preseason Game #4 Open Thread

We have one game left Panther fans in this tortuously long preseason. The Panthers face the Steelers in the final game for many potential Panther roster players to earn a spot. We can expect the1st team offense to play at least quarter I think but otherwise it should be a game full of back-ups trying to create some good game film of themselves.
Here's the list of nine players not making the trip to Steel City:
Coach John Fox said nine players won’t make the trip to Pittsburgh for Thursday night’s game against the Steelers. They include RB Tyrell Sutton, WR Trent Guy, OL Jeff Otah and C.J. Davis, DE Tyler Brayton, CBs Richard Marshall, Captain Munnerlyn and C.J. Wilson and S Aaron Francisco. Fox wouldn’t say if WR Steve Smith and RB Jonathan Stewart would play, calling that a "game-time decision."

- D-Will: 65 yards, 1 TD
- Moore 6/8, 56 yards, 1 TD (LaFell)
- Everette Brown: 2 sacks
- Gamble: 1 INT for a TD

Side note if all goes well for Moore this will be the last time we Clausen until 2012 if they is a lockout which i expect

It's a shame, but we should all be hoping so
I think Clausen’s the future. But give him at least a year in an NFL strength program and teach him to throw at the hands and not the numbers first.
Call me a homer, but I got a feeling he’s going to be more than good.

I’m near beaufort and get channel 5 but they have put the game on their trash channel that doesn’t reach this far. I called em to no avail. Describe the game well for me boys as I’m sol.

One thing I’m concerned with about our defense is the screen play. The Ravens abused us with it, and there were shadows of the Steelers doing it there too.

he’s 6’4" 250, (I’m sure he could trim that down for some speed). Vincent Jackson is 6’5" 230. He runs crisp routes and has good hands. He can’t block very well so it telegraphs passing downs anyway.
