Nice article by Steve Reed although this horse has been beat, buried, dug up, and beat again. This is encouraging to hear: Despite an overall lack of experience, Baker thinks the Panthers have the talent to succeed. "I’ve been places in my career before where I was in a similar seat, and you’re looking for the best of a bunch of bad guys," Baker said. "I don’t think that’s the case here. I think we’ve got a good pack. (The personnel department) did a good job of getting good guys in here who could play. We’ve got some guys with talent, and now we’ve got to make them play to their ability and the best guys will be on the field." Brayton thinks once this young group gets a chance to play they can be as good as they want to be. "I think we're going to surprise some people," Brayton said. "I think we're a very talented bunch, maybe not a lot of people have heard of all of us. But I think if we can play well as a group together, I feel like the sky is the limit."
