Well this is it folks, the last day of what I like to call the NFL drought. From here on out there will be news galore and the anticipation of the opening game will become hard to ignore even for a casual fan. Over the next 21 days the Panthers will have 25 practices and 1 preseason game. Over the last month or so we reviewed every position, discussed position battles (some to death), and talked about how people don't understand that Matt Moore is our starter. This is when the rubber hits the road and hopefully the sh1t doesn't hit the fan.
I will be making the trek to Wofford College to watch as many of the practices as I can, as well as others reading this site. I leave tonight after work for my 4 hours trip and will be there through next Wednesday. I will be posting daily regarding what practices I will be attending and will attempt to provide commentary in the comment section while I there. I'm can't promise my coverage will be great and I'm not ashamed to admit that Daren Gantt will be provide better talent reports and updates than I can, after all that's his job, but I'll do my best to provide the CSR community live updates.
With all of that said, for anybody that will be attending I would love to say hello and as Deuceklinco said in his post yesterday if anybody wants to maybe try to have lunch or supper one day as a CSR community that would be great. While I know a bit about the area since I grew up close by, I'm not that familiar with it so suggestions will be welcome.
That's enough rambling and I'm needing to head to work anyway. Tomorrow can't get here fast enough.
