Panthers Sign Two, No wait, three Draft Picks
The Carolina Panthers have signed sixth-round draft choice (198th overall) David Gettis from Baylor and seventh-round selection (223rd overall) R.J. Stanford from Utah, the team announced Tuesday. They become the first two of the Panthers' 10 draft picks to sign.
We always start at the bottom and work our way up.
Update: Gannt reports via twitter CB McClain signed as well. Is Greg Hardy next?

I surely hope Pugh then Pike are next
If it’s Hardy, he’s not impressing.

Hardy not impressing in OTA's?
Where’s that coming from? Not doubting you just haven’t seen it but then again I’ve been out of the loop a little last week or so.
Too bad though, the guy has all the physical tools and would be a steal in the 6th if we can his head right and keep him injury free
Not coming from anywhere
Just saying they usually sign in order of how they are performing or drafted, if he signs before Pugh and Pike means he’s not impressing. With his talent, he should be rivaling Norwood for the 5th contract. I havent heard anything about Hardy, his name isn’t Clausen. LOL

For real
I’ve heard more about Gettis than Hardy. That does not make me happy. I was hoping Hardy would be something.

Sweeet...nice find
Panthers rookie DE Greg Hardy looked extremely impressive today blowing away the rest of the team’s linemen during conditioning drills. After the final OTA practice, players had to run from one side of the field and back twice. Then, they were asked to do it again.
Both times Hardy finished at least 20 yards ahead of the pack.
What??
He was hanging in there with receivers and defensive backs? Daaaang. I hope he stays healthy.

I'm not sure I'm buying your theory
I would agree they tend to sign them in reverse order of being picked. But if an earlier pick is signed before a later pick I wouldn’t say that’s a reflection of how well they looked at OTA’s. Is that what you are saying? So if Hardy signs before Pike that means Hardy is looking bad or Pike is looking good?
I'm saying I want Hardy to return to 2007 form and dominate
regardless of where he’s signed.
