I have really enjoyed this draft. But I believe the most enjoyable part is the fact that before the draft, a vast number of people were saying that the Carolina Panthers needed depth at QB. Now the team has actually did it through the draft rather taking someone else's hand me downs. We now have the depth at that position that we needed and more than likely an heir apparent to Matt Moore. I have no doubt that Matt Moore will be our starter, barring injury, for the entire season. Unless, of course, Jimmy Clausen or Tony Pike prove to be the second coming of Joe Montana or Tom Brady.
Now that we have done what everyone said we should, there is no drama. Oh that's right, we did to well with our selections and now we have to have a QB problem. I'm sorry but has Jimmy Clausen taken a snap in the NFL yet? When you answer that question, you've answered the question of whether or not there is a controversy. I do so love the human need for drama. Contrary to popular belief, John Fox does know what he is doing and if we lose him after this year, we will truly lose our best chance at winning.
