In the 3rd round!!!! Via trade from Pats for a 2011 2nd rd pick and he was 5rd- 7rd projected..... Carolina Panthers 2011 football going to be good!!!

I'm happy with how the draft has turned out so far, good and smart moves. I honestly thought the panthers were going to select Hernandez the TE from Florida, I believe. But when Armanti was shown, I shit my pants in excitement! And you can imagine what happened when I heard Jimmy was drafted..... o_O

*NOTE: Reason Carolina got Edwards so early was because rumor was the Colts were highly interested in him for their ST unit and were going to select him with the 94th pick (Carolina traded to get the 89th pick)
