I won't bother with the long, drawn out reasons why we should draft these guys because most of the prospects have been debated so much I'm sure all of you already have your own opinions. They've already been ripped apart, all that's left is to pick a few names out of the hat.
Really? Too soon? Regardless, I'll continue to cross my fingers and hope. He'd fit in that #90 jersey so well, we wouldn't even remember that other guy, Hoolio Salty.
Now, in an effort to make this post not completely useless, I'll list out my final mock for you guys below.
Round 2; Pick #48 - DE Corey Wootton
Round 3; Pick #79 - CB Akwasi Owusu-Ansah
Round 4; Pick #113 - OLB/DE Eric Norwood
Round 6; Pick #176 - WR Marcus Easley
Round 6; Pick #203 - WR David Gettis
Round 6; Pick #205 - DT Nick Collins
Round 7; Pick #224 - CB Jamar Wall
Round 7; Pick #250 - QB Armanti Edwards
That's it! Final answer. No more changes. I plan to follow my top 3 selections through-out the season and see how they stack up in the NFL. Come next February, we'll know if I'm 'd-ranged1' or just '1idiot' ;).
For any one wondering why I've got 2 corner backs listed when it isn't even a position of need, I feel A.O.A is just too good of a talent to pass on, meanwhile Jamar Wall looks like an excellent special teams addition.
