Is there a way that we can email Jake Delhomme?

I guess that I'm posting this in particular to Jaxon and James the Aussie. You guys seem to have contact with Chris Harris, and i'm guessing that that he'd have Jake Delhomme's email address. I think that I speak on behalf of Panther Nation that, outside of Sam Mills, Jake was our favorite player. He lifted us up, so many times, and we'd like to make sure that he knows that. We'd like to make sure how much we appreciate him.
Is there anyone out there who knows how to contact Jake? Personally, I want him to know how much I tuned in Sundays because of him.
