I Have a Confession to Make - @ChrisHarrisNFL

Screen_shot_2010-02-25_at_11

I have a confession to make...

My guilty pleasure is American Idol.

Star-divide

Yes -- I said it -- it's true. Laugh if you want, but Kenetria and I watch it regularly. Don't hate.

However, there's a good chance I might stop watching this current season if the "talent" doesn't start performing better. I've been very, very, very disappointed at the singers they chose for the top 24, and I think they left a lot of good ones back in Hollywood.

After watching the girls and guys do their thing this week, my opinion that the performers are sub-par seems be looking more and more factual. I'll probably check out tonight's results show just to see if America and I agree on who's the worst, but I can't promise I'll be tuning in for week two's shows. But if I do give it another chance, these kids better turn it up a notch, because if some Fantasias, Studdards, or Hudsons don't show up soon, I'm shutting this show down.

There are a few of the guys/girls that I like, but overall the talent this year is bland.

As long as you keep laying people out...

Then you won’t catch any flak from me Chris. =P

I used to watch it.

But now 1. To much drama with the judges 2. I live in South Africa and So You Think you can dance is on it’s place and I like that better.:)

I watch it with the wife...that's my excuse anyway

Don’t miss Paula a bit and like Ellen.

I think there are a couple good ones in there but agree this weeks performances on average were not very good. Could our expectations be too high? We have to remember some of these people are very raw but then tend to improve over the course of the show.

...Pants on the ground! Pants on the ground!

Looking like a foo with your pants on the ground! With your tail turned out, hat turned sideways, jewels in yo teeth,

Pants on the ground! I don’t even know all the lyrics but that is the most catchiest crap ever!

Oh Chris is that all?

I was expecting something much worse, like tai chi or something. Good to know it’s just American Idol. :)
