Feel free to read the post here if you're confused about what this is.
As stated in the last post midnight has come and gone and the Panthers picks are locked in for the CSR community mock draft. Now we can start breaking down the prospects as they work out at the combine which starts in the morning.
Picks after the jump
2nd round: Wide Receiver
3rd round: Quarterback
4th round: Defensive Tackle
6th round: Kick Returner (will be WR or CB)
7th round: Defensive End
The picks pretty much fall in line with team needs. The only area that there could be some discrepancy is DE where the Julius Peppers decision will surely flavor the Carolina Panthers' drafting. That being said, I still think there are a lot of good players who are going to be available where the Panthers pick, and I think this is going to be a fun venture for the community.
Poll
Given the departure of Julius Peppers where should DE be moved to in the CSR community mock draft?
2nd round (38 votes)
3rd round (43 votes)
4th round (53 votes)
6th round (6 votes)
It's fine at 7th (25 votes)
