I'm alright with it as long as Goodson quits fumbling the football.
I would rather see DeAngelo get re-signed to a contract and DeAngelo lives out the rest of his years in Carolina. We have gallons of cash to go through anyway, his paycheck won’t be on the books anymore when we get even CLOSE to running out. But Dewill+Stew > Stew+Goodson

Seriously though. It was a good throw.
But not “crucial” to the drive, when there were runs by Stewart and Goodson that were equally as important. It’s not like it was the only good play on the drive, that’s all I’m saying.
Whether any of you want to believe me or not, I actually want Clausen to play well, because that means the Panthers overall will succeed.

It's easy to get confused though.
They’re both tall, lanky receivers with a jersey number one number apart. 11 and 12 look very similar in a snapshot.

One thing about Clausen i notice every game is how small a guy he actually is. Weight room would help but even then he is going to have size issues.

That doesn't make the rule as enforced any less awful
If a WR ducks and initiates helmet to helmet, there’s nothing the defender can do to avoid it. We’ve seen that far too often this year.
It hasnt been implemented perfectly and needs to be refined, but to those who thought the game would be ruined it doesnt seem to be the case

Well he was returning KO at the beginning.
But when Stewart got off the field kind of slow, it looked like he got hurt. Sutton returning means they dont want to risk Goodson, which means we might not see Stewart in the second half.

I think his technique is far better than Peterson’s and he doesn’t need to rely on his size.
My fear is that Peterson is used to having a size advantage but that will get nullified when he sees the bigger WRs in the NFL.
To me Peterson’s ceiling is Cromartie and Amukumara will be the next Asomugha/ Revis
