Which one of these coaches would you prefer?

I personally would like to have Bill Cowher to come in because as we all saw what happened with Randy Moss and the Vikings yesterday. You need to have a strong coaching staff in this league where players will give their 110% every single down to coaches that they respect and look up to. Not that I'm saying our players disrespect John Fox or anything, but I don't think our guys are going into games prepared to win.  However, we are not anywhere near as bad as the Cowboys in that aspect. 

Now realistically, I think we'll end up with Ron Meeks simply because Mr. Richardson will not spend the money to get a guy like Cowher who by the way lives about 5 minutes from me in Raleigh. While I really like Meeks as our D-Coordinator, he doesn't have any head coaching experience. We all learned from the San Diego Chargers that good coordinators don't always pan out to be good head coaches (which by the way, how are you 3-5 when you are #1 on both Offense and Defense?)
