Look to long-term successful teams for new NFL coach

There are not many teams that are consistent winners over multiple years..................................

So, in looking for a new coach for next year, let's look at a few coaches from those teams.

Tennessee--always physical and tough.  Swartz left as D coordinator and has significantly improved Detroit this year.

Chuck Cecil is D coordinator and has been with Titans since 2001.  Was a TOUGH player and is 46, so young enough to coach here for a while.  Maybe he can bring OL coach Mike Munchak with him as OL coach or even O coordinator.  He's 50 and an awesome coach.

NY Jets--Mike Pettine--D Coordinator under Rex Ryan and former LB coach for Ravens.  Coached HS ball earlier in carreer.  43 years old

Matt Cavenaugh--NY Jets QB coach and former O Coord for Balt Ravens.  Could be good for Clausen given what he's done with Sanchez.  Two SB rings as a player.

Keith Butler--LB Coach for Pitt Steelers

I like Brian Baker and Leslie Frazier from Minnesota also.

Cecil is my favorite right now.

What do you think?
