Friday Panthers Practice and Injury Update
The only Carolina Panthers player not to participate in practice Friday was safety Chris Harriswho is still dealing with a knee injury and is considered doubtful for Sunday's game agaist the Atlanta Falcons. This likely means another start for safety Quinton Teal in the defensive secondary. Listed as questionable for the Panthers is DT Nick Hayden. OL Jeff Otah has now upgraded to probable along with RB Jonathan Stewart and DE Everette Brown. Look for all but Harris to be available Sunday to take on the Falcons. The biggest question remaining is who will be Jake Delhomme's back up and who will be third string QB, Matt Moore or AJ Feeley?

Jake's backup
It should speak volumns to Matt Moore if a (at best average) QB that has only been exposed to a foreign system for a few days is named 2nd backup. I think I would be reworking my resume and thinking about my future.
He's still #2 on the depth chart

I think they like him, but just feel he’s a little too wet behind the ears to make some of the big throws.

Neither will enter the game
Jake’s rating for the game: 86+
I would agree
I have this distinct feeling the Falcons will stack the box to prevent the run and leave Smitty too open all day.
