Predict the final score Carolina vs. Philadelphia
NFL Season starts tomorrow for the Carolina Panthers at home against an NFC East foe in the Philadelphia Eagles. I wanted to guage the feelings of Cat Scratch Reader's fans on the game and what the final score will be. If this does well I will try and make it a weekly thing (as long as Jaxon approves) Post your thoughts in a short concise comment with your prediction of the final score and come Monday we will reward the poster who comes closest to predicting the final score in some way. I will also keep a tally as the season goes on. Lets have some fun with this.
I will go ahead and start I think the final score will be Philly 28 Carolina 31

Panthers 45-10
Anyone want to agree with me on that one? Redskins fan here and I’m most certainly hoping you destroy the Eagles as much as possible. However, I will settle for a win if destroying is a little too much to ask for.

eagles fans think its going to be a low scoring game
maybe for them 24-10 panthers. our dline should provide a good push tomorrow with their banged up oline.

Eagle fans are hoping for a low scoring game based ,,,
on what they’ve seen from the Eagles offensive line this preseason.

24-17
Carolina. D-Will, Smith, and Delhomme show why the Panthers are still a contender.

Yup. I have a feeling this is going to be a high scoring game.
Both defenses collapse, and the shootout comes down to DeAngelo Williams and Stewart vs the arm of McNabb

You're right

Was there another team on the field?

Well I’m not sure Jake Delhomme could see the Eagles defenders.

Neither did our O-Line I guess.
The Eagles D-Line looked like 4 Usain Bolts out there.

Back from the game....
And don’t know where to begin…. WOW that was bad. Will have to let my thoughts simmer overnight. before getting into this… but man… HOW ABOUT NOBODY WON THE SCORE CONTEST THIS WEEK.

How about we suspend the score contest until the Panthers put up a W
I’m not supersticious, but anything to prevent bad mojo is fine with me.
