In case anybody didn't know...
This is the video that supposedly first attracted scouts from the Panthers and other teams. There was apparently just one pro scout at the Morgan State Pro Day, a guy from the Eagles. As such, Harvey had market himself hard, networking at the Pro Days of other teams and going so far as to list his phone number publicly on a YouTube video. Harvey mentioned that the Panthers scouts had been in touch with him earlier in his college career, so that helped him decide to come here after he went undrafted.

Anyone know what his bench reps, pro shuttle and 3 cone were?
I heard on the video that he had:
40 yd dash = 5.2 sec
vertical jump = 25"
broad jump = 8’6"
At 6’3" 340+ maybe he can help fill some of the void left by Jenks last year.

I don't think those were recorded by anybody of note.
But outside of a PS shot, I don’t think there’s a way he stays a Panther. Just too raw, and his level of comp. was super low.
