Injury Report
The Panthers will be without Daunte Rosario and Moose, who didn't make the trip to New Orleans.
Among the many questionable players that did make the trip but did not practice on Friday include Tony Fiametta, Charles Godfrey, John Kasey, and finally Brad Hoover who has been declared out for next game.
Update: Charles Godfrey is out, and did not make the trip to New Orleans as well.

Alright, brother, you and I need to have a talk.
Who and whom.
How do you know when to use one and when to use the other?
It’s simple. Just re-phrase the sentence replacing it with “he” or “him”. If you have the ‘m’ in there and it works, then ‘whom’ is the one you want.
[N] Him didn’t make the trip to New Orleans.
[Y] He didn’t make the trip to New Orleans.
[Y] He has been declared out for the next game.
[N] Him has been declared out for the next game.
And so you can tell that “who” is the right word to put in both of those examples.
Sometimes you have to re-arrange the sentence a bit to make it more easily understood:
Revshawn asks who/whom did the Panthers beat.
[N] He did the Panthers beat → The Panthers did beat he.
[Y] Him did the Panthers beat → The Panthers did beat him.
So the right way to say that sentence would be Revshawn asks whom did the Panthers beat.
See? It’s simple. You need any other copy editing advice, you just ask. I got a million tricks.

Let me take a shot at this then!
When R3 talks about the ‘m’, he means the ‘m’ in him. What he’s doing is he’s rephrasing the sentence to test it on whether or not ‘whom’ needs to be used because it also shares the ‘m’ in ‘him’, for if ‘him’ can also be used in the sentence and it sounds right, ‘whom’ can be used as well because it shares the ‘m’
So in example A, he rephrased the error I made in my first sentence, “The Panthers will be without Daunte Rosario and Moose, whom didn’t make the trip to New Orleans.”
In order to test whether whom needed to be used or who, he rephrased the latter part of that sentence after the comma in two ways.
“Him didn’t make the trip to New Orleans.” ((The ‘whom’ test, with the ‘m’))
“He didn’t make the trip to New Orleans.” ((The ‘who’ test, without the ‘m’))
Because ‘Him’ doesn’t sound right in the sentence, you know that the right word to use in that sentence is ‘who’.
Huzzah! English for the win! Math sucks!

If it's such a big deal then get an editor
But… is Hoover probable or not? Why did he make the trip if he definitely is not playing.

Maybe he's there because...
…they wanted him on hand to help advise Fiammetta or Jeff King as they play FB?

It could be worse r3,
We could all be Saints’ fans, ending our posts with ‘Who dat’.
I’m sure that would drive you insane!

Sterling Sharpe and Brian Baldinger both pick Panthers to upset New Orleans

Of course it means Jack, but let’s hope they have a clue

All three of them picked Carolina over Buffalo, and Arizona over Carolina.
Luckily there’s dissent this week.
And of course, it all still means Jack.

It means we're no underdog either

Still a 13 point underdog
Even those guys acknowledge we’re one — they just pick an upset.

Everyone knows we are suppose to lose this game
Just spend 5 seconds over at Can Street Chronicles and you’ll see how over-confident they are about this game. My hope is that the team is over-confident as well, and the Panthers come in geeked-up again and smack them in the mouth.

Also heard someone on NFLN pick Stewart as a fantasy sleeper
I hope they are right! Because assuming DeAngelo doesn’t get hurt… if Stewart has a big day, then it means DeAngelo had an even bigger game… which means probably another 250+ yard game.

Lets hope the game isn't too close.
It’ll be interesting to see Rhys actually kick some field goals.

I watched him kicking in camp last year
and he’s not awful. He’s no Kasay, but he ain’t bad. He should be able to handle any extra points and field goals up to 30 yards.

And we know he has the leg for much, much longer
It will be interesting to see what we do at the kicker slot when Kasay isn’t here anymore.
