Sure, everyone needs improvement. Even John Fox, who said "We won't change our defense for any one." The head coach makes, or brakes the team. If Fox doesn't shape up, hopefully Jerry Richardson will get rid of him. Jake Delhomme is doing better, but needs to assert his leadership. If Jake Delhomme can do that, we'll have a much better passing game. Also, Chris Gamble has got to stop getting penalties. Penalties are the death of any team.
