In order to improve, more than the Panther's players have to change.
Sure, everyone needs improvement. Even John Fox, who said "We won't change our defense for any one." The head coach makes, or brakes the team. But Jerry Richardson is too chummy with fox to get rid of him. Jake Delhomme is doing better, but needs to assert his leadership. Also, Chris Gamble has got to stop getting penalties.

Try using the fanpost option for this type of post…just a suggestion. The fanshots are more for spcific quotes, videos, pictures, etc…where you don;t necessarily have something to say, just want to share.
If Jerry Richardson will fire his own sons I don;t think you need to worry about his getting ‘too chummy’. If he loses faith in Fox he won’t hesitate to let him go.
