Who Should Start at QB vs. Arizona

With Jake Delhomme and John Fox's news conference.. anything is a possiblity, as the Panthers inevitebly enter rebuilding mode. Unfortunately, we have neither the available cap space or draft picks to rebuild..

So Who will start?

how brilliant does the SF 49er’s front office look. they are going to have a top 7 pick at this rate

Well, Everette Brown looks like a top 7 pick, so it lessens the blow.

Additions

With our last three additions on defense we are looking much better. Now if we could just add a few on offense and move jake out. I actually don’t think we need to add anybody just replace jake with Moore and if Moore doesn’t work out start looking for a new QB.

Add to my last comment

Two of their touchdowns came just after INTERCEPTIONS and I feel the defense loss heart for a moment and focus. These ints are tearing the team apart inside even though they come out on Jake’s defense after the games, but what else can they do. If they speak their true feelings Fox will be all over them for not supporting his BOY.

brings up the question of why brayton is still sometimes playing for brown

I hope to God...

…That the 3 people who voted in the above poll for Jake to start against AZ are either joking, are AZ Cardinals fans, or were all three actually Jake Delhomme himself. If not, there are 3 unimaginably stupid people on here.

Well sorry to disappoint you

I voted Delhomme, but you’d better believe that Delhomme will be benced if he continues to play badly. We know Fox is capable of it, he benched him versus the Eagles, and honestly he can’t be that stupid. Delhomme will get one final chance to show this season, all the way up to the playoff loss, was a fluke, if he can’t, say hello to your new starting quarterback, Matt Moore.

It’s the $20 Million question… does Fox bench Delhomme or just let him continue to throw interceptions?

Mushin had it right when he said other teams see on the film when Jake’s going to pass. The problem here is that Davidson isn’t smart enough to use that to the Panther’s advantage… get Jake to use his tells and fake the pass and run it instead. Give the tell he’s going to run it and pass it. (but he can’t pass it anymore without us cringing in fear of him thorwing an interception anymore.)
