Summary: Delhomme was off to a nice start last season with 8 TDs and just 1 INT before missing the rest of the season due to elbow surgery.  He is near 100 % and says his rebuilt arm might be in better shape now than in several years.  Many fantasy owners may have forgotten how good this guy be, which makes him an incredible sleeper pick.  Look for a big year.  Matt Moore showed some promise in three stars last season and third year man Basanez is back after missing last year due to wrist surgery.
