CSR Fantasy League Playoff Update

And then there was 4!

In the official CSR Fantasy Football League the first round of the playoffs are complete. In game 1 the Cardiac Cats (Jaxon) ousted the oxymoronic Overrated Underdogs (Utesfan89) 120 to 60. I guess they weren't so over-rated after all. The Cats next face the top seeded B-Burg Beaners (lj1983) who are sure to be slowed from a Bye week beanfest. Careful there Cats, don't light a match!

In the other quarterfinal game the Agents of Matriculation (JaTuck) coldly dispatched the C-Town Crushers (ClaytonFire). Rumor is the Crushers coach may be hitting the street as former Steelers Coach Billy ‘the Chin' Cowher has expressed interest in his job:

"If they called me I'd listen. C-Town is a nice town, better than B-Burg for sure. Maybe not as good as D-ville, but hey, my stew is running low if you know what I mean." said Cowher.

The Agents next face #2 seed the Danube Fairy Queens (rb3) in a sure battle of raging manhood. Will the Agents get blue-screened or will the Fairy Queens take it up the...? well, you get the visual. Stay turned for next weeks update and a preview of our Championship match!

Good job Jaxon

this is our final weekend in my fantasy league and I finally made it to the big game. first time in 8 season (we play a keeper league). Reggie Wayne gave me a good start tonight as well.

I’m happy Reggie came through tonight. He’s been a bit of a bust this season, more average than I’d hoped. I keep playing the odds, and if I had any better options at RB I’d have gone that route.

I need not to worry myself. I got the Bye. Unfortionately, my opponent got Peytan Manning on one of his best nights ever. Luckily, Brees and Pierre face the lowly Lions this week. They’re both on my side of the field.

I look forward to playing against both of you next year. We need to get a bunch of bloggers together and make our own league.

The worst thing about this league

is that the guy who came up with the best team name (Oprah’s Va Jay Jay) hasn’t logged in for three months. What a waste! Not to mention the fact that he had Michael Turner and Randy Moss…
