CSR Mid-season Fantasy League Update

After eight games here are the standings of the CSR Fantasy Football league. In the Kick Ass Division the C-Town Crushers are doing just that with a 2 game lead on the rest of the league. His combination of Phillip Rivers, Clinton Portis and Chris Johnson has been surprisingly potent. Cardiac Ryan (Little King) has rebounded from an 0-4 start to now 4-4. In between those studs is the ever present Fairy Queens (right where he wants to be, between two studs that is)

In the Hangin in There Division I myself have rebounded from a slow start to win three in a row. The over-achieiving U-dogs continue to lead the division by 20 skinny points. Thankfully his two best players are QB's (Brees & Warner). Personally I think he should trade one of them. J-Stew continues to bring up the rear (could it be his team name is a jinx?)

In the Losers Dvision I have to shout out another big "Booooo!" to A squared and Aaron Dramp for bailing on the league shortly after the draft. At least JTuck has moved up over one of them and is now only losing to one ghost team.

The * indicates who would make the playoffs if they started today. Stay tuned as it promises to be an exciting finish as I have lots more verbal abuse in store.

Get in touch with me around the start of next year when you guys start your league. I’d love to play FF with you guys. Just don’t get mad if you find me worthy competition and I clean up the league, lol.

What do you mean that Littleking is playing with the Pi Kapp Pack, because that’s most certainly my squad. And we’re coming back.

Beaners

are slowing getting better…

just a rough start, when my 2nd round pick has sucked something hard (braylon edwards) and both of the quarterbacks i started with are no longer playing (matt hasselbeck and matt leinert)….I missed nabbing kurt warner by mere seconds….alittle quicker and things would be alot different in the hangin in there division.

since then i’ve picked up Titans Defense to replace the seahawks, and a combination of Chad pennington, jason campbell, and trent edwards/matty ryan has leveled my quarterback play alittle….

plus, no longer trying to get anything out of braylon edwards and just relying on smitty and dwayne bowe has helped me plenty

I’ve been hanging onto that last playoff spot for a couple weeks now…I’m hoping to move on up though, i should jump up to tie with the cardiac cats this week…
