The Panthers placed receiver/returner Ryne Robinson on injured reserve on Wednesday. Robinson, who injured his knee in training camp, hadn't played yet this season.
That move plus a knee problem that kept D.J. Hackett out of Wednesday's practice mean second-year receiver Dwayne Jarrett will likely be active for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay. Jarrett has been inactive for the past three games.

Ouch
This hurts… at least based on the expectations for Robinson in the return game when the season began.
Jarrett seems like he’ll finally get his shot though… he’s going to need to show something.
The Utah Jazz. The Jazz... duh.
The best NBA team in Utah... no doubts about it!
Playing For Pride. Pirates, Utes, Panthers, and more...
Because, in the end, only one team can "win it all".

I think Mark Jones is doing well
If he keeps it up Robinson’ job may be in jeopardy next year.
