Adam Schefter reports that the Panthers are talking to Donovan Darius' agent. Whooo Hooo. They need to get it done and not posture too much bargaining for a good deal. I'm tired of worrying about the safety position. I need to sleep. Darious seems like the kind of player who will play with a chip on his shoulder after being released by the Jags.

Buffalo, Carolina and Oakland already have expressed an interest, which shouldn't be overly surprising. No team has a greater need for a veteran safety of Darius' ilk than the Panthers.
