offense

when are the panthers gonna try something new with the offense? same old plays over and over. more like run, run pass, well its time to punt again.

Star-divide

i remember when nick goings was filling in as rb and maybe im wrong but i remember seeing alot more creativity in the offense back then. end arounds with smitty and nick doing some funky plays but it worked. i know we have a new off. coordinator now and he runs things a little differently, but we do have weapons on offense, and their last name isnt smith. i love smitty as much as anyone but you cant put all the load on his shoulders. peppers isnt getting it done on defense this year??  well lets line him up on offense a few times per game and see what happens, its been done before. this year is salvageable but its gonna take alot more effort on offense, the defense seems like they play on par with the offense, when its stepped up on the offensiv side of the ball the d usually steps things up as well. this team needs a spark!!!

No doubt creativity is needed

We are running the same plays over and over. I bet our first play this Sunday is once again Foster up the middle. For every 10 plays we run its 6 runs, 3 short passes and maybe one pass down the field.

Our starting WR's this weekend should be Smith & Carter with Jarrett in slot. Let Jarrett prove he is ready by going over the middle a few times. Carter proved last week he is much more of a big play threat then Colbert and less prone to drops.

As I reported earlier I think Pep will be just fine on defense. On offense? I'm not sure. It sounds good and you would think he could play TE and win a jump in the red zone. I'm just not sure of his hands and ability to run routes.

If we hit our 7th loss before our 7th win I'm all for playing Matt Moore and any other new players to see what we have for next year. This team doesn't seem capable of rallying against the four teams we end the season against.

It's Not New But

Last year the Panther's went without a QB a few times. Snap the ball to Steve Smith and let him go.
At any point snap the ball to someone that can get him the ball. Carr Can NOT DO IT!!!

just got finished watching the panther/saints.

first game in a while i have turned off early. i like the fact that they started carr in this game, lets face it they paid good money for him so play him and see if he's gonna work. he didnt, now the panthers have their answer on carr, lets hope they make the right decisions in the offseason.

I think we have the answer on Carr

The guy can't get it done long enough to sustain a single TD drive. The Panthers are in bad shape at this point hoping Vinny can get healthy.

we want moore

so who gets the start next week with san fran? im guessing vinny but really i hate having to use him knowing he doesnt have a future with the team. they might as well start playing moore, for the last couple of games at least just to get him the experience

man i wish we could have picked up schuabb

It will be Vinny

Too bad we didn't go after Jeff Garcia, just to name one starting QB we passed on. Why can't we go after AJ feely? He played well last night for the most part and he obviously has no future in Philly with McNabb and Kolb there. GM Hurney has made too many mistakes to stay on. I can live with Fox anotehr season or two if we get a new GM.
